The project area amounts to ca.\u00a0<strong>73,000 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>, the building area to\u00a0<strong>20,121 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>. The Hotel and the Tourist Settlement have\u00a0<strong>309<\/strong>\u00a0accommodation units, of which\u00a0<strong>154<\/strong>\u00a0account for the hotel,\u00a0<strong>155<\/strong>\u00a0for the tourist settlement distributed in the village zone with\u00a0<strong>16<\/strong>\u00a0buildings and\u00a0<strong>91<\/strong>\u00a0accommodation units, the apartment zone with\u00a0<strong>19<\/strong>\u00a0buildings and\u00a0<strong>43<\/strong>\u00a0accommodation units and\u00a0<strong>21<\/strong>\u00a0separate villas. The settlement has a large swimming pool complex with slides and total water area of\u00a0<strong>1.516 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>,\u00a0and a restaurant, kitchen and bar. Another outdoor swimming pool is situated in the villa zone. The hotel is composed of 7 expansion joints with maximum 6 floors.
