The building area amounts to\u00a0<strong>12,364 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>. The hotel has 106 accommodation units distributed inside three mutually connected buildings by glass passageways. The hotel has an underground garage, indoor swimming pool with wellness and outdoor swimming pool with the total area of ca.\u00a0<strong>200 m<sup>2<\/sup><\/strong>, a restaurant, bar, etc. The building includes basement, lower and ground floor and 14 floors. The building has reinforced concrete structure with wide panels.
