The fitting and furnishing activities are undergoing and should be finished by January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Value of the Investment: The construction project value amounts to HRK 50.59 million, the fitting and furnishing project value amounts to HRK 5.06 million.<\/p>\n<p>Short Description of the Building:<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the Student Dormitory in Pula \u2013 Pavilions 2 and 3. The surface area of Pavilions 2 and 3 amounts to 5,472 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0and 1,434 m<sup>2<\/sup>, respectively that is 6,906 m<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0in total. The Student Dormitory features 97 accommodation units in Pavilion 2 distributed across four floors, and 27 accommodation units in Pavilion 3 across 3 floors that is 124 accommodation units in total. The Student Dormitory \u2013 Pavilion 2 features an underground garage, a heating substation, a laundry room, fitness centre with toilets, a leisure room with toilets, different storage facilities, a restaurant, a kitchen, offices, lounges for social interaction, accommodation units, vertical communications, etc. The Student Dormitory \u2013 Pavilion 3 features lounges for social interaction, kitchenettes, storage facilities, accommodation units, vertical communications, etc. The Student Dormitory \u2013 Pavilion 2 has a basement, ground floor and 3 floors, whereas Pavilion 3 has a ground floor and 2 floors. The building structure is reinforced concrete with walls, pillars, beams and 20 cm thick slabs with large spans. The building envelope is constructed as a ventilated fa\u00e7ade made of composite material with 15 cm thick rock wool thermal insulation. The roof is flat with waterproofing foil and 20 cm thick rock wool thermal insulation.<\/p>\n<p>The roof of Pavilion 2 features a heat pump for heating and cooling, PTV hybrid panels for hot water and solar energy generation.
